Ingredients
500g lean Mince
1 Onion chopped finely
4 dessert spoons tomato sauce
2 dessert spoons Worcester sauce
1/2 teaspoon beef stock cube
1 egg
2cm x 1cm cubes Cheese - 1 piece for every rissole
6 Weet Bix
- Combine mince, onion, tomato sauce, worcester sauce, beef stock and egg. Mix well.
- Form into balls and place a piece of cheese inside each rissole. Make sure cheese is fully covered by the mince. Coat in crushed weetbix. (Bread crumbs is an alternative)
- Pan fry or b-b-q. Serve with salad.
