Mango Smoothie


1 mango
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop ice cream
crushed ice

Combine mango and ice in blender and mix well. Add ice cream and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Top with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, or alternatively add some passionfruit pulp.

Makes 1 - 2 serves.

Most fresh fruits can be used.

Tip: If you have more mangoes than you can eat... slice them up and freeze. They are excellent when used in your mango smoothie.
